Fetching Lemon

Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

lemon is an automated workflow and management companion. This policy explains what information lemon uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

lemon may store profile and workspace information, records you create or upload, preferences, member permissions, favorites, and other content needed to operate your workspace.

Google account, Gmail, and Calendar data

When you choose to connect Google Calendar, lemon requests your basic Google identity information and read-only access to calendar events. Depending on what is available in an event, this may include its title, start and end time, all-day status, response or cancellation status, location, description, event and meeting links, source calendar, attendees, and attachments.

When you separately choose to connect Gmail, lemon requests read-only Gmail access. It may process message identifiers, thread and label information, sender and recipient information, subject, timestamps, snippets, message text, attachment names, and provider links needed for inbox organization. lemon does not send, delete, archive, label, or mark Gmail messages as read.

lemon uses Google information only to connect the correct account, synchronize the features you authorize, organize your workspace, show meetings and deadlines, and power related workflow features. lemon does not use Google data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train general-purpose AI models.

lemon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft email and other connections

When you choose to connect a Microsoft mailbox, lemon requests basic account information, offline access, and read-only mail access. lemon may process inbox message metadata, sender and recipient information, subject, timestamps, body preview, importance, read status, attachment status, and provider links. lemon does not send, delete, archive, label, or mark Microsoft messages as read.

If you choose to connect Slack, lemon may read authorized channel information and messages from channels the connected app can access. Access remains subject to the Slack scopes and channels approved during installation.

Notifications, files, and support requests

If you enable browser notifications, lemon stores the push subscription information required to deliver alerts to that browser. Notifications may include a short title, message, and a link back to the relevant workspace area. You can disable notifications in lemon or in your browser settings.

Files and support attachments you intentionally upload are stored and processed to provide the feature you selected. Diagnostic details are included with a support request only when you choose that option.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and maintain the service, organize your work, synchronize authorized connections, prevent duplicate records, troubleshoot problems, secure the platform, and improve features you use.

Sharing and service providers

lemon does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, and integration providers solely as needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

lemon keeps information only for as long as it is needed to provide the workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may disconnect Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft email, Slack, or another available connection from lemon at any time and may also revoke access in the provider's account settings. You may disable browser notifications at any time. You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your lemon information by contacting us. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete information already delivered to your workspace; deletion requests may be subject to legal or security retention requirements.
